Website Terms
Effective: 22 July 2026
These terms apply to use of the public TTRL website, Client Agent, enquiry tools and Client Requirement Form. Separate written terms apply to any accepted project.
No automatic engagement
An enquiry, chatbot conversation, WhatsApp message, email or generated PDF does not create a contract, booking, payment obligation or commitment. A project begins only after scope, commercial terms and required approvals are confirmed in writing.
Scope, price and timeline
Website descriptions are general capabilities, not fixed offers. Price and delivery depend on confirmed requirements, dependencies, content, integrations, third-party services, testing and approvals. TTRL does not guarantee a price, deadline or result before review.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback, necessary permissions and authorised access. Passwords, API keys and secret credentials must not be submitted through public forms or the Client Agent.
Third-party services
Domain, hosting, cloud, licences, APIs, payment gateways, messaging and app-store services may be separate. Their availability, price, security and policies are controlled by their providers unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Intellectual property
Ownership, source-code handover, licences, reusable components, open-source dependencies, design files and access credentials are defined in the written proposal or agreement. Public repositories retain their stated licences.
AI assistance
The Client Agent provides website-scoped information and requirement discovery. Automated output must be reviewed by a person. It cannot approve a project, issue a final quotation, accept payment, sign an agreement or promise results.
Accuracy, availability and external links
TTRL aims to label public, live, private and experimental work clearly, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. External websites are not controlled by TTRL.
