This page explains how the T Technology Research Lab (TTRL) website handles information used for project enquiries, the website-scoped Client Agent and the Client Requirement Form.
Who is responsible
T Technology Research Lab is a technology initiative founded by Mosin Liyakat Shaikh. Privacy enquiries may be sent to mosinshaikh@ttrl.tech.
Quick enquiry
The 60-second enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message inside your browser. The website does not silently upload this form. Information is shared only when you review the prepared message and send it through WhatsApp. WhatsApp then processes the communication under its own terms and privacy policy.
Client Agent
Knowledge-mode conversation state and project prefill data are stored locally in your browser. Voice input depends on browser/device services. Image OCR runs locally after required software and language files are downloaded from the listed third-party delivery sources. Do not provide passwords, API keys, financial credentials, identity documents or other secrets.
Detailed Client Form
The detailed form stores a temporary browser draft for up to 24 hours and can generate a PDF on your device. The signature is not stored in the browser draft. The form is not automatically submitted to a TTRL server; you choose whether to download or share the generated PDF. The PDF is an initial requirement record, not a quotation or final contract.
Direct contact and confidentiality
Information you send through WhatsApp or email may be used to understand the enquiry, communicate, prepare scope, deliver agreed work and maintain necessary business records. Private client identities, systems, data, screenshots and commercial information are not published without explicit permission.
Third parties
This website links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, GitHub and authorised project websites. Optional AI/OCR features may download code or model/language files from content-delivery services. Those providers process requests under their own policies.
Retention and choices
You can clear locally stored website data through browser settings. For information sent directly to TTRL, you may request access, correction or deletion where legally and operationally applicable by emailing the address above. Some records may be retained for security, contractual, tax or legal reasons.
Security and updates
Reasonable precautions are used, but no internet system can promise absolute security. Never send secret credentials through the public website. This policy may be updated when processing or legal requirements change.
